A dog was caught red-handed starting a house fire by chewing on a lithium-ion battery.
The innocent looking pup was found to blame as CCTV footage showed it biting through a portable power bank as another dog and a cat looked on.
Sparks shot out of the battery pack and it set a mattress on the ground abalze.
‘While the home was significantly damaged, their two dogs and cat escaped the home uninjured through a dog door,’ stated Tulsa fire officials.
