Emmerdale spoiler video: Priya traumatised by child kidnap horror | Soaps
As Fiona Wade’s exit looms in Emmerdale, Priya Sharma’s final storyline looks set to be a dramatic one, as David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) desperately and shockingly kidnaps their daughter, Amba.
Having lost his business, his girlfriend, his dignity, Leyla (Roxy Shahidi), and nearly his son, the upcoming news that his daughter will be leaving the village sends David down the final stretch of the path of destruction.
After an incident at Take a Vow which reminds Priya of the maze ordeal in 2021, she opens up to a man called Justin. He’s from London and ends up offering her a job on the team – and Priya is thrilled.
As Priya’s departure is set in motion, David takes Amba from her mum, leaving Priya horrified.
In this video, we see David at an unknown cottage somewhere in Hotten. He receives a call from Priya but turns his phone off.
In the shop, Priya tells Eric (Chris Chittell) and Jacob (Joe-Warren Plant) that David has taken her daughter, but can she get her back?
With the job in London calling, and Fiona Wade’s exit on the way, we know Priya will eventually depart – but how much trouble will she leave behind?
And will David face any consequences for his actions?
