Crosstown’s Hot Cross Bun Doughnut

Award-winning doughnut joint Crosstown are welcoming back their Easter special, the Hot Cross Bun doughnut – and this year, it’s completely vegan. The limited-edition special is made with Easter spiced dough, filled with cinnamon custard, with Seville orange glaze and topped off with a spiced cross and candied orange peel. You can pop into your local Crosstown to grab an individual doughnut, or indulge in a six or twelve pack. Why not? It is Easter after all.

Tony’s Chocolonely x Big Mamma’s Eggs-rated Easter Chocolate Mousse

Big Mamma do like to go big when it comes to desserts, so of course they wouldn’t miss out on a chance to create something egg-stra chocolatey for Easter. And here it is: an eggs-rated Easter chocolate mousse, with layers of dark chocolate fondant, chocolate mousse and coffee cream, finished with a generous grating of Tony’s Chocolonely 70% dark choc. It’s served with a spesh collab branded Tony’s bar for you to take home, and £1 from every dessert sold goes to the Tony’s Chocolonely Foundation.

Dirty Bones’ Easter Waffle

Dirty Bones is throwing everything all its waffles this Easter – literally – topping them with vanilla ice cream, marshmallow fluff, toffee sauce, chocolate sauce, Creme Eggs and crushed Mini Eggs. One for the seriously sweet-toothed.

Gelupo x Jolene’s Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream Sandwich

Gelupo is teaming up with Jolene for the ultimate ice cream – hot cross bun crossover this Easter. Taking inspo from the Sicilian breakfast ‘brioche con gelato’, the Soho gelateria will be filling Jolene’s famous buns (made with Wildfarmed flour) with your choice of Gelupo flavours, including the seasonal blood orange sorbet and stem ginger gelato. There’s only a limited number available each day, so if you want one, you’ve gotta move quick.
